 Your free consultation is more than just to discuss your wedding. We will have moments of laughter and fun to discuss your wishes and plan for an elegant experience that will captivate your friends and your lives for years to come. We will learn details of your important day, how you met and what is most important to you for your special day. We will discuss budget and pricing and length of coverage needed to ensure your package suits your needs. We may discuss any special requests you may have and plan accordingly. I will answer all of your questions.

That's why we work closely with you to understand your vision and create beautiful, elegant photos that capture the essence of your special day.  "Paint me a picture of your wedding day.

 I have worked with fun, sweet, patient and highly intense brides. Weddings are intense and I simplify the intensity by smoothing out the wrinkles for each of my Brides and their Groom. I include each of you in the process with a written schedule of when particular photos should take place. We make decisions together and if things need to change up for unseen reasons, we make it happen. I follow your lead with the structure you help me detail on paper, at the end of the day you are presented with a beautiful visual through digital imagery to keep for centuries, as a reminder of your love and commitment to each other.

The greatest advice I can offer a Bride and Groom is to look for a photographer that pays attention to detail. One who listens to your desires and shows they genuinely care about your wedding day becoming a success for you. Read their policy over thoroughly. Know it well before signing.

I have over twenty years of experience in the wedding industry as a photographer and learned from Professional Wedding Photographer Matthew Theilen at Truckee Meadows Community College in 2004. I have worked with some of the sweetest and the most intense brides in town, whom all have been happy and satisfied with my services. With attention to detail and my caring heart to personalize each package to best suit your needs, you will find full value in the services I provide.  A photographer is valued not just for her experience in the industry but the quality of imagery she provides, detailed preparation for your special day from preparing props for fun and romantic shots, the long hours covering your event to even longer hours of editing, and preparation to deliver your beautiful timeless images with the utmost care of every intricate detail. I am known for working closely aside the bride or her wedding coordinator to ensure I capture every intimate detail of her wedding to remember. I have helped with last minute details such as hemming a dress, curling the bride's hair and restyling disastrous hairstyles, set up chairs prior to the wedding and even assist with setting up the DJ station. I'm not just a photographer, I'm a friend.

We provide exceptional high resolution quality images, with heartfelt details of every love story. From the initial consultation to the final delivery of your photos, we'll be with you every step of the way.  At Sapphire Romance every customer is our most important customer. We offer our 100% Guarantee which means if you are not happy, we are not happy. Although our packages are non-refundable, if you are not happy with the quality of the product or service we provided, we would be happy to schedule a retake session free of charge. Weddings are the only exception to this rule as it is generally a once in a lifetime experience. We dedicate each contract with personal delivery of your images to ensure your happiness and editing can be requested at that time to ensure your happiness. Upon delivery you will sign a receipt for your images ensuring complete satisfaction after the final viewing.

• A retainer of 50% is required to lock in and secure your wedding date and the location, to ensure nobody reserves your date selected. 
• This is a Non-refundable retainer which will be applied to your final bill. 
• Travel fees would be required for anything over 100 miles from the local area of Pahrump, Nevada. 
• Fee's are non-transferable.

Weddings are an investment, and we realize it can get expensive. In order to ease your pockets and your minds. We have decided to offer payment plans which you can spread out over a 3,6-, 9-, or 12-month period for your convenience. Payment plans secure your date immediately giving you more time to pay monthly towards your contract. However it is important to note, all payments or retainers are non-refundable with no exception. All payment plans require a minimum fee of $500 to begin your contract as a retainer.

We schedule a day with each couple for a viewing of their final images to guarantee complete satisfaction of our work. At this time, we will meet and you will have the opportunity to view all the images taken. They will already be lightly edited and available for final delivery. If there is anything you would like edited in detail or differently. This is your final opportunity to request this. Once the images have been delivered our contract is complete. We take pride in giving our customers 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
