The Destination Weddings Experience
A destination wedding experience allows for a more personalized service as weddings tend to be smaller in size and a more intimate experience allowing more time for family and close friends to be more involved in your new journey. Whether you plan your experience in a neighboring state or across the U.S. Sapphire Romance Photography provides a stellar experience and goes the extra mile to provide you additional options for documenting your full wedding experience including extra activities.
First three Hours Photography
$1,500
- Up to 3 Hours of Shoot Time
- Up to 150 Digital Images, lightly edited
- 4-5 Preview Images within 24-48 Hours
- Certificate for Rights to Print Images Anywhere
- Posed and Candid Captures
- Select your Style of Photography
- Select Full Color/B & White/ Sepia Tone
- Add. Fees required for Travel Outside Local Region
One Additional hour of Photography
$400
- Each additional hour requested includes an additional 25 images or more per hour.
Travel Fee within U.S.
$2500
- Requires booking 6 months prior to date of service in order to find airfare, hotel accommodations and a car rental.
- Additional charge will apply when booking a second photographer.

- Two Photographers can be better than one for large weddings to ensure focus on the more intimate moments.
- Additional photographers are available upon request and are contracted out to assist on assignments.
How Destination Weddings Work
Before purchase
- One Hour free consultation is available over the phone or through a weblink which will be provided when you register.
- Confirm availability with photographer
Purchase your Package and Travel Fee
- Select the First 3 Hour Package
- Select any additional hours
- Select your Travel Fee
Sign Your Contract
- Your contract will be sent to you within 24 Hours
- Call me with any questions
- Sign and return contract by email
- A email link will be provided.
Deposit Required
To Be Determined
- 50% Non-refundable Deposit is required for the total package, including any additional hours, and due within 24 hours to, secure your reservation of selected date.
- Travel Package is Non-refundable and due immediately so travel arrangements can be made as soon as possible to secure travel and hotel accommodations for your special day.
- Deposit is to be submitted with contract within 24 hours of your reservation.
Congratulations!
- You will now receive a confirmation and a copy of your contract through the email you provided.
- Travel plans will be confirmed within one-two weeks after contract is signed and returned and the travel fees have cleared.
- Please make sure to keep me up to date on any special needs for your Special Day!
Things to remember!
- Photographer arrives the day prior to your event to balance lighting and prepare equipment, scope out locations at the venue for the most romantic spots, and meets the vendors or the Venue coordinator.
- Photographer will confirm arrival
- Confirm any special requests with your photographer
- Confirm the timeline for the wedding so your photographer can plan accordingly
